Charles joined Assynt as Managing Director in July 2017. After graduating from Oxford with a Degree in PPE, Charles spent fourteen years serving at home and overseas with the British Foreign & Commonwealth Office. He has worked in Jordan, Iraq, Saudi Arabia and Iran, as well as at the UK Mission to the United Nations in New York. Charles has led client projects on market entry, business intelligence and investigations as well as political risk and government affairs issues.

Chris joined Assynt in 2017. He has over 15 years’ professional experience in the intelligence analysis and consulting sector with Drum Cussac and G4S Risk Management. He holds a 1st class MA in Geopolitics, Territory and Security from Kings College, London. Chris heads up the commercial and customer side of the Assynt business.

Assistant Director of Geopolitical Intelligence at Assynt a global risk intelligence and strategic advisory provider. Nat’s main background is in security and geopolitics in the MENA region, he also provides advice across global emerging markets. In addition, Nat leads on the Global Themes product and COVID-19 analysis.

Anna joined Assynt in 2015 with a background in monitoring domestic extremism in Europe and North America. She now jointly oversees the production of Assynt’s core geopolitical content, and is responsible for mentoring the company’s embedded analysts. Anna holds an MA in Intelligence and International Security from King’s College, London and a BA in Classical Literature and Civilisation from the University of Birmingham.

Seyi joined Assynt in 2019. Her core focus is creating and executing campaigns to drive lead generation, web traffic and conversion in line with overarching business objectives. Her previous experience ranges from conference and exhibition firms to business information and scientific publishing industries. She holds a BSc in Business Management from the University of Surrey where she achieved a 1st class, she also holds a PRINCE2 project management professional qualification.
